All orders for furniture and services are subject to acceptance by Veldorian. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing. Prices, specifications, and delivery times are subject to confirmation and may vary based on project requirements, materials availability, and other factors.
Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts and quotations. Generally, we require deposits for custom orders and full payment upon completion unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in Euros and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Custom designs created for clients remain the property of Veldorian unless specifically transferred in writing.
We provide warranties on our furniture products as specified in individual contracts. Warranty terms vary by product type and typically cover manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications not authorized by Veldorian.
